When choosing a Condominium to go on vacation, there are a lot of preferences to take into consideration. In this blog I would like to introduce all of the different Condominium styles that we have to offer. We own four Condominiums to choose from in Indian Shores, Florida. Depending on what you are looking for, each Condominium has a unique style and layout to suit your needs. There are pros and cons to each depending on your preferences.
Sancastle one is a condominium complex located in the Indian Shores, Florida. This particular condominium is located on the 6th floor and has a private parking spot close to elevators. This is very convenient for carrying luggage and groceries. It also has guest parking for visitors if needed. This condominium is located on the six floor and offers panoramic views of the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a balcony access to both the living room and the master bedroom. The condominium comes with a three bedroom, two bath layout. The master bedroom has a king bed, another bedroom has two queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom has a full-sized bed. The condo has flatscreen TVs in all the bedrooms along with the 60 inch TV in the living room. The kitchen comes stocked with all utensils along with stainless steel appliances. One of the nice things about being on the 6th floor is that you do not hear as much noise from the pool or beach areas.
Sandcastle two is also located in Indian Shores in the middle of Sandcastle one and three. All of the Sancastle’s are close to each other which makes it convenient for guests staying in either of the three buildings. This unit is located on the third floor with beautiful direct ocean views of pool and hot tub. Sandcastle two offers a great option of being pet friendly. A guest may be allowed to bring a pet as long as the owner approves.
This condominium also offers a direct oceanfront views. Sancastle two condos offer a bigger floor plan. One that we offer in particular extends on the side to the back of the building. This helps to block extreme sun at certain times of the day allowing you to still sit on the balcony. This also allows a great views of the intercoastal waterway from the same balcony. Sandcastle two offers all of the same amenities as Sandcastle one or Sandcastle three. It's location is directly across the street from Caddy's Pub. This restaurant offers a full menu and a variety of tropical drinks. This particular condo offers underground parking and is also close to elevators for easy access to the unit and the beach.
There are poolside restrooms located in all three Sandcastle complexes. Gas and charcoal grills are also located in all three complexes for a great barbecue experience. Sandcastle two condominiums offer larger layout sizes and come equipped with granite and tile showers. All of the condos come fully stocked with all kitchen amenities. All linens and towels are also standard for all three of the Sancastle units.
Sandcastle 3 was the last to be built out of the three Sancastle's and has only 20 units in the whole complex. It is very quiet and has bigger balconies than the first two Sancastle’s. This condominium has more square feet than the other two units. This particular unit is special because it has a private staircase that goes directly down to the pool from your private balcony. This makes it easy to access your private unit directly from the beach, pool and gas grills.
Many guest with families like this unit because you can mix a drink or easily monitor a small child taking a nap. You could also go up to make lunch and conveniently eat out by the pool. This particular unit also sleeps eight with the king in the master along with a walk-in closet. The second two bedrooms have two queens and two twins. All linens, towels, and kitchen amenities are also offered in this unit. When choosing a condominium taking into account the different layouts will help in making the best vacation experience. Also taking into consideration all of the different amenities that are offered will help you choose the best vacation possible.
