This property only has 20 units which makes it very relaxing and reserved

This condominium was newly remodeled and is one of the top condominiums located in Sand Castle III. It has its own private spiral staircase that leads down to the pool, hot tub, beach, and gas grills. I also own two other direct oceanfront condominiums next-door to this one in Sand Castle 2 and Sandcastle1 that has all the amenities that this one has to offer. All three of these condominiums have gas grills located near the pool for your personal use. My condominiums provide high-quality linens and mattresses which help to make your beach day truly memorable when you relax in the evenings. Disney and Busch Gardens are located only a short distance away. Tampa airport is located 30 minutes from your doorstep and St. Petersburg /Clearwater airport (PIE) is located 20 minutes away. We rent Saturday to Saturday only and is pet friendly for non shedding dogs under 15 pounds.Walk in closet located in master bedroom. See Video Below

This was a wonderful condo. Very spacious and exactly what we needed for our family to relax on the beach. The balcony is absolutely perfect and the steps to walk out to the pool and beach are a must have. Definitely going to return again!

Property was very clean had very comfortable beds. There is a staircase for pool and beach access and was very convenient. Came with 2 parking passes. My family enjoyed the property and was very beautiful!!

Excellent stay at Sandcastle III, super easy beach and pool access with the spiral staircase right off of the balcony! Sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony or a few steps down to the beach. Property was very clean and well maintained. Visited over Christmas and the heated pool and hot tub were great on for the relatively cooler December weather. Our host Philip was very responsive and great to work with. Would stay at this property again!
